I've noticed that since his fathers death his chapters have been going down hill. Maybe he's dealing with some internal struggles that he needs to get through before he can make this series good again. If that's the case I think Kishimoto should go on hiatus until he gets his head straight. I wouldn't mind if Naruto went on hiatus, only to come back better than ever. Even if it means taking a long break. Have you guys noticed this too?

Kishimoto's father's death has nothing to do with the writing that's been going on. This is merely a play-out of the story he has crafted. Instead of blaming what you don't like happening in the story to Kishimoto's father, how about you just man-up and say that you don't like where the story went?

It wasn't even his father's death imo. This entire war arc feels rushed and unplanned. He's just making this up as he goes.

If you think that the internal struggles he's going through don't effect his writings than you're wrong. He may be going through something in his life, and that may be affecting his writing. The story could be better, especially with what Kishimoto's working with. There's no reason to "man up". I'm just looking for a reason why it's gone down hill. What does not liking the recent chapters have to do with manning up. How about you stop reacting like a child, and try to think more like an adult.

The last (really) good chapter IMO has been when Sasuke and Naruto were fighting against Madara and his Chibaku Tensei's, that shit was epic. Since then, it's been average.

I think a hiatus would be good.

Yeah, I think he should spend some time getting his thoughts together. Even if it means taking off a few months. The studio he works for may be pushing him into continuing the manga when he doesn't feel comfortable with it, which in turn makes him create bad chapters. He's being forced to prolong something he doesn't feel comfortable with, and that seems obvious considering how short and irrelevant the recent chapters have been. A few chapters have had very little dialogue, and less pages than they usually do. I'm not sure what's going on with Kishimoto, but I know that he's capable of doing better than this.

People like you always want a reason to complain about something. The story is fine. Get over it.

I'm fine with the recent events.
Tho, I'd not mind him taking the hiatus.

The story "going downhill" is purely subjective. I really like the current plot much more than one or two years ago.

It's really retarded to drag his family issues into this just because you don't like the way the story unfolds. It's a very low level.
