Kaguya has a byakugan and the sharinnegan, I'm getting this feeling that her dimensional traveling must be a jutsu that is apart of the third eye. Kakashi Keeps saying this is like genjutsu but it is reality, the sharingan specializes in genjutsu, and has a jutsu (Kamui) that can travel through a dimension. With Madara's eye power when he met Obito, connected to the mazo, he can create anything in a different dimension via genjutsu, but this is much weaker than what kaguya can do with the sharinnegan.
This leads me to believe with the sharinnegan kaguya has, she can change anything she wants to reality/travel through dimensions. I think Sasuke may have a watered down version of her eye, but nonetheless it is still the same eye. Which leads me to believe I think Sasuke will be able to save himself and open a rift back to where kaguya and naruto are. The only way I can see this working out for Sasuke is if he saves himself or Obito gets him given that he can travel into more than just the cube world w double MS, but I'm leaning more towards Sasuke saving himself. Why?
Well Kishimoto picked Sasuke to get separated for a reason, this could give further development to his powers and plus based off what I said above about the eyes, and since we haven't seen the full ability to Sasukes eye, this would give us the perfect timing to see more what Sasuke can do, giving him more feats and maybe even deduce whether kaguya is sending them to different dimensions or just controlling the world around them.
Bottom line is I think Kaguya's dimensional powers are due to the sharinnegan and I think Sasuke will use the same power to get back to naruto. Lastly, why didnt she just send both naruto and Sasuke to another dimension? She'd end the battle right away, but Naruto wasnt send because how would Naruto get back? Only way would be Obito, but he wasnt the one who got sent, Sasuke was, so Sasuke will have to save himself it just feels more right, send the character away that can actually save himself.
