Lord Danzo is forever the best hokage besides godking Tobirama. he called out Saskys bs and showed the truth. he did what the weaklings couldnt and was a godsend

if Danzo had been kage of another village he wouldve taken over the world easily.

Danzo was like an extremist version of Tobirama. He had good intentions, but I feel like his tenure would have been too...Machiavellian. He did things and wanted to do things that a good leader (one who people admire/aspire to be) would never do. Danzo's rule would have been defined by people following him because they had to, not because they wanted to. It would have been bad for the village to say the least.
