HxH, I'm surprised it's not even on your watched anime list. It won't disappoint, the 2011 HxH anime is near perfection. In the sense, that it's a damn good adaptation.

Besides ignoring the most important scene where Gon initially meets Kite(which comes back into play) and discovers the truth about his dad and becomes inspired to be a Hunter it's a good adaptation.
