how would blind + exhausted sasuke even stand a chance against whole k11 at full health ?

Because of plot he'd lose, because his eyes were still recovering from having Itachi's transplanted into his. If he had EMS, I could see him winning, very high difficulty.

The ones to watch are Shikamaru and Neji due to intelligence, Sai due to skill as an assassin, and Naruto for obvious reasons. The rest he could pick apart if he got them in brief 1v1 moments, which is possible with the right strategy.

He can take out multiple opponents using chidori stream.
wat makes u think that neji and rock lee can defeat sasuke on 1v1?Obviously u r assuming
Sasuke can take out some of k11 with genjutsu.
