I'm not so sure. Itachi isn't like Sasuke. I think Itachi would have friended Naruto and after becoming Chuunin probably would have trained and helped Naruto to graduate the academy. Most likely Itachi would have been Naruto's Iruka.

Actually in filler obito uchiha murdered the uchiha itschi just killed his parents ironic if sasuke knew this obito would be long since dead by now. Lord itachi predicted this and thus took the blame no really itachi in the manga and anime could barely bring himself to kill his parents itachi would've never brought himself to kill his whole clan the trauma is too much. So itachi put a illusion of him doing it but it was really Naruto as for your question tc I think if they are the same age then that would make saauke and itachi similar in age which is not great for plot. But yeah itachi would have befriended Naruto itachi isn't exactly 100% cruel only when he needs too.

I'm not really sure. I don't even know how Itachi was when he was kid or how he treated his classmates. He probably would've have ignored Naruto or been indifferent imo.
