How does chakra work?

I have a few questions for you!

1. is chakra capacity a born trait or do you get it will growing up/training?
2. is chakra size in any way related to the power or simply regulates how many jutsus one can use? if it does not regulate power then what does? or maybe chakra also reflects on power use of jutsus like bigger amount of chakra - bigger flames, but then, would it not deplete someone? let's say weak shinobi uses chakra for fiery breathe, he makes it small, but he can perorm other justsus, could it be possible for him to use all of his chakra for one attack?
3. nature chakra, does it fill user limitlessly or up to his chakra capacity?

1. seems to be a born trait but you can increases it with training/meditating by a lil bit.

2. I think it depends on the potency of the chakra and chakra capacity. Madara's great fire annihilation required several shinobi to extinguish it via suiton.

3. They need to be merged with the toads or have jugo's dna in them if they don't have any of those two then they're going to have to use up their chakra pool like sm naruto did...

If your parents have chakra you will born with chakra, if you have for example 100 gallons of chakra but the jutsu requires 200 gallons you cant use that jutsu, better the chakra , the jutsu is better

1: It is something you are born with but you can improve it by training
2: Both, it regulates the amount jutsus you can use and can also be related to power
3: I think but I'm not sure so you might have to check up on this but I think its based around individual chakra capacity

1.I think every one in ninja world \Shinobi world born with chakra. Look at the example of Gai and His father both of them wasn't abe to chakra effectively . They were only able to use taijutsu but It dosen't mean that they lack chakra. What they lack is tallent

2. The more chakra you have . The more powerfull will you be ..The more jutsu you can use in battle. But chakra alone don't benefit power look at young Naruto and youn Sasuke . Naruto has more chakra at that time comapared to Sasuke and still have. But at that time the number of powerfull techniques that Naruto have was only rasengan but sasuke has both fire element and chidori.

3. If one an use the chakra exist in Nature it will fill the user.

1. You are born with chakra but you can train to get it to as seen with ashura as he didn't have all the sage within him but with training and reliable allies he awoken the yang chakra inside him but indra was born with it (yin chakra) so it's both.
2.Chakra doesn't really have a size if you mean amount then yes it would. Depending on how much chakra you put into a jutsu is how strong the jutsu is. Take indra he was born with powerful chakra so he didn't have to put that much effort in his jutsu as his chakra had a very powerful source. And ashura had large quantities of chakra so he had the effort but he could expand more jutsu's cause of his chakra quantity. Indra is quality and ashura is quantity. And yes you can pore all chakra in one attack....i wouldn't advise any shinoni yo do that unless it's a last ditch thing.
3.Nature chakra fills the user up to how good the user is able to keep it up and balance his chakra energies. As jiraya can't use it for too long but Naruto could use it for five minutes however ever since Naruto got his new jinchurikki form he has shown to be able to use it indefinitely so it depends on your control over it it was nothing to do with capacity or limitlessly fill as Naruto after using it the first time was exhausted. To use nature chakra you have to balance your physical, spiritual, and nature energies so it's basically apart of you but to control it and maintain that balance is another thing. So it's all about control over it.

1. Yes its a born trait. You are born with the capacity to hold a lot of chakra, some of it is Genetics (Like Senju clan, and Uzamaki clan), some of it is hard work and training to refine your control of the chakra you have, Kakashi spoke about chakra control during part 1 of naruto not sure what episode.
2. Yes it regulate the power of a jutsu, so more chakra put into a jutsu the more power it will have.
3. Natural Chakra = the users chakra amount, and the more chara you have the more natural and the faster the natual chakra you regenerate.

1. Both genetics and training seem to play a part in a persons chakra capacity and their stamina.
2. IIRC chakra capacity is the amount of chakra a person can create and use at one time which does seem regulate a shinobi's power on another hand a shinobi's stamina however is the total amount of physical and spiritual energy a person possesses thus the maximum chakra a person can create before dieing it is a person's stamina that determines the total amount of jutsu a person can use.
3. Senjutsu works by enhancing a person's chakra with nature energy to create sage chakra, nature energy might be endless but a persons chakra isn't without chakra to mix with the nature energy the person would turn into a statue.

Chakra is life force, its basically blood..but spiritual, its energy, it is your soul.

CHakra strength and amount depends probably on physical strength/stamina and will. Think of it like when you play sports for a limited amount of time, you get tired. Then when you stop, you regain energy/chakra. IF you keep playing sports while your respiratory system cant take the push....you will die, just like if you run out of chakra you will die/passout.
