Kakashi ftg ?

I remeber that genmas squad had used ftg with 3 people.
Kakashi is much better than them and didn´t show that he can use it even tough he is the fav student of minato.
I thought about that:
Maybe tobirama, the inventor of the ftg, put some special seals in the ftg to prevent that the uchihas or the ones with a sharingan could learn it. He invented the jutsu at the time his clan and the uchihas were at war against each other so it could be possible that those who have a sharingan couldnt learn the ftg.
Would it be to asspull if kakashi learns ftg now he hasnt the sharingan anymore ? when tobirama and minato vanish after the war he would be the only one who could use it.
Im just searching for possible power ups for kakashi =D he must keep up with obito and guy, his rivals.

May be kakashi don't have much chakra levels to spam FTg like Minato or Tobrama . He may copied it when he was in mission with Minato.

he'd be the only ALIVE person that can use FTG by himself and the people using the stamina excuse remember Sharingan takes a lot of chakra from Kakashi and without that burden he could use it more effectively plus it would allow him to use Lightning Blade with FTG
