lmao then tell me how it copys taijutsu??? and where in the manga does it even say that? lmao dude stop, plus the scan you showed is about sharingan hypnotism, that has nothing to do with copying a jutsu. you dont know anything about naruto. handseals only help you build up chakra for the jutsu. at a certain level, you do not need handseals to perform a jutsu, as demonstrated by kakashi as he was able to use raikiri without head seals on two occasions.

Kage bunshin no jutsu is the prime requirement to pass in the academy and the reason naruto failed 3 times(not sure?) was because he couldn't do it.

People have copied jutsu without sharingan before, Minatos FTG and Rasengan, Naruto's Uzumaki barrage, Konohamaru using rasengan.

i think he can use it but chooses not to. he has a sharingan im sure he copied it. but you gotta think of it like this too. if your kishimoto, do you really need your main characters rival to use the same jutsu's as him? sasuke most likely knows the regular rasengan too, but he wont use that either.

in conclusion, he either has too much pride to use any of naruto's jutsus, or its wise for kishimoto not to let sasuke use naruto's moves to not water down the importance of naruto learning these jutsus.

Kage bushin is a high class technique. Pretty sure it was just a bushin where you create a mere copy unlike kage bushin where you create a real body. Yes naruto failed to learn BUSHIN no jutsu not Kage bushin because he didn't take it seriously so instead he learned Kage bushin which is a high level tech.
