Since Episode 1 to 676, we havent see Sausage do the Kage Bunshin No Jutsu. I declare he is just a mediocre in terms of this Jutsu.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu is a high level tech, which ninjas in the level of Sasugay should master. But look at Sauce all of his signature moves were given to him >>> Susanoo with wings and flying, EMS, Chidori, Copy techs, Amaterasu, Limbo, Summoning.

saget simply cannot learn a jutsu on his own its ridiculous

i think he can use it but chooses not to. he has a sharingan im sure he copied it. but you gotta think of it like this too. if your kishimoto, do you really need your main characters rival to use the same jutsu's as him? sasuke most likely knows the regular rasengan too, but he wont use that either.

in conclusion, he either has too much pride to use any of naruto's jutsus, or its wise for kishimoto not to let sasuke use naruto's moves to not water down the importance of naruto learning these jutsus.

Of course. Sasuke could potentially learn how to use it(even itachi could use it, and sasuke clearly has greater stamina) but he's never going to use it in the manga, since his main rival(naruto) uses it extensively. It makes no sense from a plot standpoint for sasuke to use the same move as his rival.

He knows how to use it but his chakra is not enough to create clones in a single fight. He could probably use like at least two clones. Creating clones more than that could absolutely drain him.
