Why do people (including Kishi himself) think that Kishi doesn't do females well?

I think Tsunade is a great character I really like how her and Naruto were introduced to each other and their relationship. Tsunade is a woman of a truly scared past and it shows in her personality, she is angry all the time due to her inner frustration. I think she represents what a strong woman should be like. Plus she was really hot when she was young, just saying.

It's not about if they are irrelevant to the current story and most of the characters that were dead were pretty well written when they were alive. I guess most of the Akatsuki members are not relevant since they are not apart of the current story now. Lol

I think the problem is that people always compare the female development to that of the males (as if this comparison is really relevant). In other words, Sakura's development for instance, should just be looked at as Sakura's development and not compared to Naruto's and Sasuke's or anyone else's.
