That second one is just a version of what indra looked like from Obito's story. His eyes were drawn extremely small and may have looked like that (meaning that is his MS), or a regular sharingan (but it's just hard to tell because it was so small). Even if it was in the anime, the anime makes mistakes. I would be surprised especiall with the lack of the detail on indra's eyes in the manga.
