Needs more Naruto

I did forget Madara but Naruto and Sasuke's base chakra aren't comparable to a bijū's. Naruto actually has a bijū. I doubt they have a base chakra pool much as Tsunade or higher. Might be close though

Base Naruto's chakra reserves are 4 times than kakashi.

List should be as follows as:-

Without Bijū power or the Ōtsutsuki family powers( includes Narutos and Sasukes new power) :

-Hashirama
-Madara( could fight with the Senju Clan for a whole day)
-Nagato
-Kisame( the so-called Bijū without a tail)
-Sandaime Raikage( could fight for three days against over 10000 shinobi
-Tsunade/Sakura( large chakra pool due to the Yin-seal)
-A

Something like that if we exclude Ootsutsuki family and Naruto, and of course if we count only large chakra reserve and not strong chakra (Sasuke, Madara..)

Obviously, if Otsutsuki family is included, Kaguya is the No. 1 spot by far. She is the progenitor of all chakra after all, and has more chakra than the Juubi.
