That would be tough to say since we really haven't seen Acnologia use its full power but according to the manga and anime it has the power to wipe out a entire nation,

I think Natsu could beat Kyuubi Chakra mode Naruto but once he hits Bijuu Mode, Natsu would be outclassed, Natsu couldn't compete with the destructive power of a Bijuu bomb(currently).

Third Raikage vs. Jura​

1) Naruto. No brainer
2) I was going to write Ohnoki but then i remembered Fairy Law. That magic is too OP campared to Jinton. Therefore, Makarov
3) Ay. They are basically the same with the lightning thing. Laxus's lightning attacks will have not much effect. Ay is faster and stronger. Laxus has FL but Ay can hit him 2-3 times while Laxus charges up.
4) Tsunade wins this. Erza can attack all she wants but Tsunade can heal herself. Also, she is good at dodging. At length, Erza will run out of magical power.
5) Mirajane will win this. Mei is long-mid range fighter. Mirajane can go from short- mid. Mei is at a disadvantage due to match-up.
6) Minerva will win. But, Konan will win with prep time.
7) Draw
8) 3rd Raikage. He is a beast. Jura wont be able to break his defenses.
