Can Shinra Tensei counter Kamui?

No. Kamui is a dimensional power. Shinra Tensei just repels physical attacks and chakra. Though if Shinra Tensei is used to move the enemy I'm sure that would mess them up enough to not be able to use Kamui or at the very least miss with it.

Pein controls gravity. And kamui warps the spce and time of that gravity. I think shinra tensei can disrupt it yea throw it off but not repel it.

Its warping not teleportation. I think you would have to know how a black hole works to determine this outcome. And I am not a scientist. I dont think anyone here knowswhat would happen if shinra tensei and kumai clash

Tough call. Some theory's have gravity as being a force loosely tied in multiple dimensions and that is why it's such a relatively weak force. I don't know if the push would move the vortex or not. All physical things are pushed away like amaterasu so even gases in the air should be pushed away creating a vacuum. We see he isn't invisible when Nagato uses it so it isn't strong enough to repel the photons in light so i would say no to Nagato's Shinra tensei but maybe Kaguya's could.

Kamui is essentially creating a hole in space and time, Shinra Tensei may be able to repel the force of Kamui, but the dimensional hole should stay intact and start up again once the Shinra Tensei has faded.

When becoming tangible. Not intangible. Like if the arms were tangible to go for the kill or whatever, Shinra Tensei would own the arms. That's what I meant.

Yes, it's a possibility seeing as the user has to wrap his opponent. So timing is critical
