Pretty simple yet obvious

Hagoromo has 2 Rinnegan and a seal like mark on his forehead,now...like Sasuke said only a rinnegan can break the genjutsu...not just any Rinnegan tho.Sasukes Rinnegan.

Why his eye is different to a normal Rinnegan simple.Its Hagoromo's "third eye" as you would call it.The mark on his forehead is probably a seal that he used to seal of the eye itself.

If Sasuke awoke the Rinnegan after recieving Hagoromo's power shouldnt he of unlocked two Rinnegan?? so...

Both Rinnegans are red as well.Hagoromo somehow transferred it to Sasuke just in case that Infinite Tsukuyomi did take place,its so that he can dispell it.What powers does this eye hold? who knows....because at the moment Naruto>Sasuke.So prepare for another power coming from that eye of his
