I'd say Minato did the most, but they all helped out. Minato saved the Alliance twice and was crucial in pulling out the Bijuu from Obito, as well as saving Naruto and Sasuke.

Tobirama and Naruto coordinated to do some actual damage to Obito, and his FTG usage was critical.

Hiruzen deduced the nature of Onmyoton, as well as helping save Naruto when he got caught up in the Shinju.

Hashirama kept Madara busy and kept the Alliance spirits high through Ino's jutsu with Naruto, and his clones were quite helpful.

Hiruzen is the only kage that fought only against Mindless Obito and he is lucky he didn't fight Against Madara or Juubi Jin Madara or Obito in controll , These are the reason Hiruzen wasn't fodderized by black rods .
