Black zetsus revelation about him being behind it is going to make the story telling seem a lot better once more things get realized

I hope so,because at this point all of it comes off as a contrived attempt to make BZ seem important.

If that episode was terrible for you , it was the second best episode for me after 322 .

IMO i think it would have even in part 1 with the fillers you noticed while they were trying to develop a the K11 Naruto had to be involved in those Arc and the only the team Asuma arc the Kakuzu was finished by Naruto which i felt that Ino-shika-cho should have been the ones to take him done to avenge Asuma.

Agreed,I don't know why Naruto had to get involved in the Kakuzu fight except that Kishi wanted to show off the FRS.The Kakuzu & Hidan Arc should've been Ino-shika-cho only.

actually its a really good series but unless you specify what so bad about it i cant prpoperly refute you. untll you specify whats so bad about it i can only tell you that its is really good.

Have you tried rewatching all of DB again? Cuz then lets see if you will like it as much

Dragonball has MUCH better action than DBZ but i still prefer DBZ over Dragonball.

FRS debut could have waited until the pain Arc as i felt that was a much better debut for it, as he only used it once before and Tsunade insta banned it.

It was just so incredibly boring. I mean, that was he longest 5 mins ever before Namek got blown up and dear god the voice acting. Don't get me started on that, along with how everybody other than Goku and vegeta became folders. Honestly...

The major fault with the series remains in is name as i said yesterday in the Megathread, it forces its namesake to always be in the spotlight of the Arcs and other characters get pushed aside because they can't remain relevant so they wont get proper development.
Series like Bleach , Dragonball, One piece and Fairy tail doesn't suffer from this as they aren't name off a character.

I'm going with this. It would have been better to name the series after a concept or something like that.

Good point,aside from that Naruto's presence was'nt needed at all in that fight.

Kaguya is a nice fresh new face. When the manga hasn't moved anyway and the location has stayed the same for a whole year, it gets stale very quickly. Bringing in a new villain character was a perfect way to pick things up again. Not everything is going to be foreshadowed, somethings are just going to happen out of nowhere, that is just regular storytelling.

Kaguya is a nice fresh new face. When the manga hasn't moved anyway and the location has stayed the same for a whole year, it gets stale very quickly. Bringing in a new villain character was a perfect way to pick things up again. Foreshadowing involves placing hints that something will happen before it does in the story.Kaguya's return was foreshadowed when Madara absorbed the Shinju,BZ being her will was foreshadowed because he was placed on a zetsu that was created from the Gedo Mazou.

BZ being Kaguya's "son" and the mastermind behind everything was not.That isn't regular story telling,on the contrary it's called a Shocking Swerve.

"The shocking swerve is a kind of twist made just to have a twist. There's little-to-no rhyme or reason involved, no foreshadowing, and no way that the viewer could have ever seen it coming. They just pulled it out of nowhere due to a possibly misguided desire to "shock" the viewer. Characters may be derailed, subplots may be ruined, and generally everything that's occurred so far may be thrown out the window, just to pull off this twist."

i do agree with you on those points. I enjoy the series for the the experience it gave me the first time i watched it and for the epic moments it had. like when goku first turned into a super saiyan. since there was no other series like it at the time things like these had big impacts on the way i viewed it. it was the only one of its kind when i watched it. i also to my suprise can get really emotionally evensted in it. For example when gohan turend super saiyan 2 for the first time, the reasons that made him do this had real meaning to it. it became the moment when gohan finally matured and faced the fears he had about fighting and how he felt about fighting others. When there were moments in DBZ that were supposed to be sad i sad, when there where moments where you supposed to be hyped i was hyped, and when there where moments were you were supposed to be rooting for the good guys i as rooting for the good guys. NO other series i have ever watched has done that to me so i like DBZ a lot for this. i still can experience these emotions when i go back and watch it.
