Daika Handa is an animator in naruto shippuden his first episode was 323 which has BAD animation and now he's the animator for the next episode and it looks very bad,sometimes he doesnt draw the characters well, like Naruto Shippuden episode 343 he didnt draw obito well his face was really bad most of the time,and in 323 ohniki's face was off too, they must fire that failure i never rewatched his episodes cause you can't enjoy them with his bad animation
