Reread. I never said his body is more resilient or durable. The only difference is sakura can heal from the damage.

Are we talking both in their base forms? If so, it's a tie because neither has any durability feats in that regard. The only difference is Sakura can regenerate from lethal attacks while Sasuke dies, but that doesn't really correlate to "tougher" per se.
