and yeah atm Naruto is stronger than saauke atm due to tailed beasts without tailed beast they are very much equal.

as a final battle it'd be funny to see saauke with two sharinnegan then one on his forehead that would be godly and Naruto having a new cloak of he and saauke get power UPS from hamura. Saauke the perfect dojutsu user byakugan+sharnningan+rinnegan and Naruto the perfect juubi Jin it'd be too epic XD

Forget the fact that the show is called Naruto and follows the typical plot of Hero that saves the world
forget the foreshadowing of naruto being the savior of the Narutoworld(multiple times btw),
forget Kishi himself basically telling you how Naruto will end(with a battle 1v1)


Unless kisih is going to pull of the biggest plot twist in Manga history Naruto somehow wins or is victorious.

When was the last time Itachi's eyes was giving hints or orders? The Kyuubi can even take over Naruto's body and fight for him.

Itachi's eyes does not have a mind of it's own, it is a special tool just like Sasuke's sword (which also does not have a mind of it's own).
