If it's only these, I'm going with Itachi's eyes. Tsukuyomi also has the ability of mind-manipulation. Just imagine what you could make people do with that, forcing them to tell secrets to use against them. In the long run that would help a hell of a whole lot, always having something over someone else

I don't see where Tsukiyomi can do that.

Tsukuyomi is extremely useful.

He was basically using it like a normal interrogation genjutsu, however Itachi did say that placing Kabuto in Izanami would make him more susceptible to the interrogation.
