No. It's not impressive since hanzo isn't even a legit kage. He's just a village head, and we've already seen hanzo's soft spot for his enemies.

You've missed my point, Madara was not the sole reason of her Chakra running out.

Tsunade kept the Kages at their strength.

she replinshed Garaas, Mei's & Onoki's chakra then healed their injuries (that required chakra).

She activated the strength of 100 technique (Required Chakra)

She boosted Onoki's attack via (required Chakra).

So what sayin is Taunade's didn't just use her chakra to fight Madara she used it for other purposes and those purposes required her chakra. If Tsunade didn't have to do those things she would if lasted longer.
