Even when BZ says he planned everything, Aizen's plans were superior since they had so many countermeasures to ensure their success, and Aizen's plans were also plans that would allow other plans he had to be accomplished. BZ had one big plan, and much luck was involved in its success. Aizen worked quite hard to ensure his came to fruition.

This is but one example of how badly Aizen can screw people over if you aren't careful. This is also one of my favourite fights in Bleach.
