Hamuras Byakugan & Hagoromos Rinnegan

So we know that Hamura inherited his Mothers Byakugan. If this is the case, why didn't Hagoromo inherit that ''Sharinnegan'' from his Mother? He only inherited a Portion of it I guess & that's the Rinnegan. But I wonder why Hagoromo didn't get that ''full thing''.

Maybe the reason why Hamura got full Byakugan it's because Kaguyas Byakugan always belonged to her, like, She always had it since She was born but that thing on her forehead came after consuming the fruit? So it somehow became different (Rinnegan) when Hagoromo was born .. because it didn't belong to his Mother? Like it deformed or something? So it mixed up with the Byakugan and became the Rinnegan?

What do you guys think?

I think Hamura got her good powers, while Hagoromo got her evil powers. Remember Rinnegan's chains are 'evil' said the Bijuu.

I doubt that since Hagos Son Indra has the Sharingan which looks like a weaker/is a weaker Version of that Forehead Sharinnegan.

Well, I believe hagoromo did get the 3rd eye(Hence the forehead marking).But I guess hagoromo had a downgraded sharinnegan(rinnegan). sort of how like the sharingan is a devolved rinnegan....
