Looks: shikamara looks like shikau and most typical nara clan members, he has long spiky hair and is robust and built like a machine he wears a coat like dog fur and spikey like shikarus and wears the same under layer of cloths most of the nara clan wear, the but black he does have a beard and little pointy beard
Personality: shikamara personality is that he is intelligent and works hard he is almost on par with his brother shikamaru and is dad shikau, both very extreme tacticians which shikamara has gained from both of them also as all nara members shikamara is incredibly lazy until he gets in a fight, he Is then full of Adeline and stays calm and focus as his hiden ability requires a lot of concretion and stamina to maintain it

Background Info shikamara came from a good upbringing by shikau and shikamaru helping him, as well he learnt very early on in his life he would be a ninja and a intelligent one as well he need to know how to be a tactian which shikau and shikamaru teached him through games like shogi, he never really saw his mother as he was always training trying to get better then shikamaru
History: learning early on that his clan is good friends with akamichi and yamanka clan and some day may be in a team with there famous ino shiku cho formation and squads shikamara learnt he would be the one to lead his team and be the smart one, while cho would be the muscle with his expansion justu and ino being the comm talker as they can link with anyone and speak to them telepathically,, as shikamara grew up he turned the intensity up and always challenged shikamaru to a fight, he never won and shikamaru would always say next time you may win but you need to work on your shadow techniques, they are beyond weak but shikamara never give up his father shikau was certain he had the will of fire from a early age, as shikamara was near his last day at the academy he passed with flying colours and went on to seek a sensei what would teach him though he could never find one he turned to his older brother shikamaru again who he greatly admired and just wanted to be like him
