Looks: Inchato never looked much like a shinobi. Where he looked like an emotional teenager in years past, he now looked more the part of a young businessman as he aged. While he was still fair skinned, he now bore a couple scars here and there, earned during the travels of his recent years. He now kept his hair short and styled upward slightly. He stood nearly two meters tall with a powerful and muscular build that befit a man who's profession was violence. Unlike many, Inchato changed his attire depending on things like the weather, environment and occasion. During battle, however, he is most often seen wearing standard shinobi attire, with the usual flak jacket and pouches containing various ninja tools.
Personality: To a stranger, Inchato may appear friendly, talkative, and perhaps charming, depending on the stranger. And maybe Inchato even be all of these things. But there is one thing that he is for certain: cunning. Some would call him a con man, while others might use a kinder phrase, like "man of opportunity." But what he is called makes little difference. A man with strong personal direction, Inchato has no problem or difficulty using the gifts of those around him to accomplish his goals.

History: After a war ravaged the Land of Water, members of clans who possessed Kekkei Genkai that were used during the war were treated as outlaws and were hunted and killed for their birth, regardless of whether or not they were actually capable of controlling their power. This led to the death of Inchato's father. Despite the fact that he was a simple farmer who lived a quiet life with his wife, he was murdered the moment his ancestry was uncovered by those who had suffered during the war. But not before his wife was with child. Horrified at the murder of her husband, she fled the land of water and headed to Konohagakure, seeking refuge. The villagers of Konohagakure accepted her with open arms, and she settled there, getting by as a cleaning lady while she raised her son, who she named Inchato.
Wishing to assure that her son couldn't meet the same fate as her late husband, she enrolled Inchato into school at the ninja academy. As a student, Inchato was remarkably unremarkable. His only obvious gift was a quick tongue, which often times caused more harm than good. When Inchato had reached age 12, he graduated the ninja academy and his mother felt it proper to now tell him of the Kekkei Genkai his father had been murdered for possessing. As one might expect, Inchato enthusiastically began honing his ability to create and manipulate ice with a single minded intensity, to a point where his skills in other disciplines declined. Around this time, war had found its way to Konoha, and in the events surrounding the war, Inchato was able to earn himself a curse mark of heaven.
After having spent the entirety of his time growing up in Konohagakure, Inchato left, though he was able to do so on good terms. And so Inchato spent the first years of his adult life travelling. While I won't bore you with the details, he accomplished much during the years. During his travels, Inchato discovered one of the fabled ninja animal homes. While exploring a complex series of tunnels, Inchato found the shrews of the underground compound "Nest." After realizing what exactly they were, Inchato quickly befriended them and set up a summoning contract with them. Inchato currently uses Nest as his base of operations.

Hyouton Specialty: As a result of the vast amount of time that he spent honing his skill with the ice element, Inchato is capable of performing ice jutsu with a single hand seal.
Curse Mark of Heaven: Inchato received his curse mark on his neck, in the spot that Sasuke Uchiha received his, and as such, whenever the tomo marks spread across his body during the level one curse mark release, they spread from this area. After several months of having bore his curse mark, Inchato managed to master it and gain access to its second level.
When Inchato releases the second level of his curse mark, his skin takes on a very pale gray tinge, his hair becomes longer and turns white, and his irises turn a blue so bright that they seem to glow. Additionally, when the mark is released in full, large wings grow from Inchato's back, allowing flight. Additionally, his fingers elongate, and his fingertips harden and sharpen, effectively growing razor sharp talons. The new shape of his hands does not inhibit his ability to make handseals.
