Average Hyuga are fodder like most clans. Just because Kaguya uses Byakugan well doesn't even other hyuga can do it too

Well the hardcore fans have to try hard to cling to kaguya's stuff because the hyuga clan aint in any competition n well they are bad.

We got haishi, hanabi(if she is still impressive)... and neji died so really noone left thats any good. I see nothing to link to any hyuga from it at all in terms of techniques the only thing they share is an eye. Sad but true.

Even hyuuga can't restrict movement in 1 strike. They only block chakra flow, not acupuncture.

He couldn't move his arm she struck. That's why his arm was in the same position during the free fall and even after standing back up. If his chaka flow was stopped, Susanoo would not have been maintained.

Also acupuncture+byakugan combo makes sense. Haku with no doujutsu at the age of 14 could aim the vitals perfectly. I would not give any Hyuuga the feats directly, but it is not out of realm to think someone skilled like Neji can use senbons in such manner. Though this is not a feat, just a could have been simple potential.

The Hyuuga are fodder, they are just lucky that a character as god-like or goddess-like rather as Kaguya surfaced and happened to have the Byakugan and can use the Hyuuga Jutsu on such a level. Though she hasn't used any yet.. We have yet to have any proof she has used one single Hyuuga Jutsu.

Lol. His susanoo is tilted. His arm is definetly in the same position. If your chakra flow is disrupted you can't do anything chakra wise. For all we know Sasuke was going to use it at that very moment but Naruto saved him before he could. Closing 1 chakra point doesn't negate ninjutsu or usage of chakra. It takes multiple. That was acupuncture like I've just proven.
