Yes, Obito was born with more natural potential than Shisui, Itachi, Hashirama and Indra. Nothing yet compares to Double Kamui other than Double Rinnegan

Unless we see that Hagoromo was born with double rinnegan in upcoming chapters, Obito is still the person born with most potential in NV. Only dimension breakers and mach 100+ speedstars can beat Obito in Double Kamui state. For a weak universe like NV where strongest characters can barely destroy continents, intangibility and dimension warping is a ridiculous power to possess

Kishimoto is really afraid of showing Obito's full power, that's why Obito is currently unconscious. Kishimoto knows how powerful intangibility and dimension warping is, even in Marvel and DC street levelers don't have such huge power

Whatever Kakashi did with Kamui is Obito's feat, because they're Obito's eyes. Kakashi was using a borrowed eye just like Nagato, all of Nagato's feats can be used for Madara.

And don't relate Obito's case with Sasuke and Itachi, because Kakashi is not an Uchiha and incapable of awakening EMS
