She is using Kage level jutsu and forbidden jutsu not to mention is pretty much on par with the Hokage.

Just because she's strong doesn't mean she wins. Yes one punch would probably split kakashi in half, but she hasn't gained much tact and kakashi could defeat her using his experience and various jutsu.

Sakura has no shot outside of punching something and shrapnel piercing kakashi by chance.

Depends on the situation:

With Sharingan it could be anyone's game. However, I would still say Kakashi would have adv. 7/10 times.

Without Sharingan (current) I would have to say Sakura.

EDIT:

Actually, without the Sharingan now, Kakashi has dropped a bit in his overall ability to defeat/kill someone. Yes, he's a smart and talented ninja, but without that Sharingan, he's not as threatening anymore. Even his Chidori becomes pretty useless now.
