IMO Madara just didnt do anything to prevent that. Madara could formulate a thought and even praise Sasuke becuase of his speed, so I think he could defent or dodge that if he wanted to. At this point getting to Obito was his top priority, since second Rinnegan could be destroyed any time.

Sasukes kenjutsu is alot better than any taijutsu naruto has to offer. Shadow clones don't give your taijutsu a boost and how proficient is Naruto with that black rod. He's done impressive offensive wise with it yet.

No the bottom line you proposed is an opinion and nothing more. I already gave you mine as well while it's supported unlike your statement because he's shown no signs of exhaustion in this fight. He was simply conserving chakra he wasn't tired or else he'd should be passing out now from using Teleportation and Susanoo back to back.
Furthermore another reason your opinion is non-factual is because Sasuke has done more draining techs and even drained of chakra twice since that squabble with Madara. The more clones he makes the worst his taijutsu will become so him have 20 clones will only divide his skill. Kata is not even a factor because chidori blade can extend at will alot further than kata can even become relevant. Naruto is not good with those orbs yet.

Before Rikudo came into play Madara was definietly the fastest on the battlefield - he was literally blitzing everyone. When he became Juubi Jinchuuriki his body became way more powerful than it was before, stronger, faster, etc. It became even more more powerful when Madara absorbed the Holy Tree. I think its too far fetched to say that Sasuke became faster than this guy after receiving one power up that wasnt even focused on his body, but his eyes. I just dont see that as possible option. Moreover, when Madara was was cut in half there was no explanation mark coming from him, which always happen when character is surprised by something. That suggest that Madara clearly knew what was going to happen.

Keep in mind that Madara became definietly more powerful after absorbing Holy Tree. He was obviously suffering after receiving punches from Gai, but being cut in half didnt even phaze him and he was able to regenerate in almost no time. Even if he saw Sasuke as some threat in that moment, sometimes, when you are in tight situation you just have to take your chances. I think that Madara knew very well that without second Rinnegan defeating Naruto and Sasuke and executing his plan would be next to impossible. If getting to Obito would take him two or three seconds longer Rinnegan would be most likely destroyed by Sakura.

So sasuke closed his eye to conserve chakra, why would he do that if he was totally fine and not strained (losing and gaining tomoes could have to do with this). If there was atleast one other example of ANYONE doing that at any point in the manga then you could have a point.
However all the evidence points to closing an eye being due to strain or a large chakra drain, you cant deny that fact >.<
He wouldt close his eye midbattle for no reason, the proof of his eye straining him is him closing it.
As the title says Naruto cannot react to Sasuke's teleportation speed.

Madara couldn't even react to Sasuke's foot speed: There's a possibility Sasuke could have just used continuous teleportation but regardless of what he did Madara wasn't able to react.

Even in yesterdays chapter, Naruto was this time watching Sasuke as he was about to fall into lava. But notice the exclamation and question mark on the 3rd panel: Though you could say Naruto wasn't able to stop flipping, but he still could have used chakra arms to grab Sasuke so Sasuke wouldn't have needed to grab his foot, but that's only if he had sensed Sasuke coming from behind.
