Idk bro, Black Zetsu stated that it was Kaguya's will that pushed her to steal back her chakra that was in Hago and Hamu. What would be the point in using Creation of all things to create children you want to absorb back? Unless her mind was lost in the conceit that was conceived by losing control of the juubi's power??

Kaguya has lost her mind as witnessed in this recent chapter, where in one panel she's crying for her children out of motherly love and in another panel she's claiming she hates them and wants to absorb them back.
I'm sticking to the idea of Kaguya's children being born via the Banbutsu Sōzō and not by the traditional way...
