Call me crazy, but I think Kaguya's father is using his wife whos also manipulating Kaguya to revive the Ulimate villain in the end. He's stuck on some other planet which doesnt have enough recourses to revive him.
Kaguya sent by her mother is here on a mission to gather enough life force to resurrect her father.

Father X > Mother > Kaguya > BZ > Madara > Obito > Nagato

I believe Kishi will dig deep until we reach the core of evil. We have seen Kaguya cry in the latest chapter and tbh she doesnt look all that evil. There is more to this family.
