So... why is he the different? We know about black zetsu. Maybe spiral was actually madara will? I just have a feeling we haven't seen the last of spiral for some reason why is he different? is he a special person who was trapped inside the IT? My theory is that Madara created Spiral Zetsu in an attempt to create a mobile life support so he could leave the cave for short periods.
