What's y'all's matchup predictions after this chapter
To me it's kinda hard for me to decide except for Blaze B vs Renji
Possibly Rukia vs Candice

One other point I have is that his desire to invade the Soul King's palace is just so random.

Yes I get it. He hates the Shinigami for his war 1000 years ago. But the Soul King isn't the Gotei 13. Squad Zero isn't the Gotei 13. Aizen had motives for wanting to kill the Soul King. Bach is just like...ye I'm just gonna screw all you guys over so hard with my OP sternritter army. It feels like such rushed writing.

I'll be disappointed too but I just think there are too many characters for each to have their own fights shown. Hopefully I'm wrong and we get see those fights.

I don't care what the matchups will be, all I know is that those Sternritter will die. All that matters.

Nanana vs Renji (Renji loses)
Byakuya vs Colonel Sanders (they will not finish their fight)
Rukia vs Bazz-B (Rukia loses)
Ikaku/Yumichika and Hisagi maybe will be able to take down one femritter before hitting the ground, but only if they fight 3 vs 1.

Byakuya is the only one who have not to lose out of all cast. Renji, Rukia already got their wins they now can lose, Ikaku, Yumichika and Hisagi are irrelevant, so they also can lose.

Quincy need to win this round, in order for other fights to be balanced. There are no much SR left, and if we lost another 8 of them, that would be quite end. Not just that quincies will be outnumbered by even longer margin, we probably won't see Kyoraku, Ukitake, Urahara and others fighting, since there are not enemies for them.
