As a result of the chapters, I am very confused. It all started from Black Zetsu killing Madara. I thought Black Zetsu was Madara's will. But that's wrong. My mind can't take all this plot twist in a short amount of time. Can someone please explain this to me.

Right before the fight where her sons sealed her she gave birth or made that child.I will call her.child black zetsu but.remember its her child.
Black zetsu has been manipulating the uchihas by erasing things hagomoro wrote and put stuff that would help make a uchiha want to start IT.
Her biggest help was madara, he was the easiest to manipulate because.of his hatred inside him. Basically the master mind behind all of this that we thought was madara was black zetsu. Madara still planned alot on his own but.the key points were black zetsu

During.their fina battle, hashirama killed madara, before that sometime in the fight madara bit off a peice of him and swallowed it. After he came to life via izanagi/izanami(dont remember which.) He thre up that piece of meat and Implanted it into his wounds.

bz is her will baby to revive her. bz altered the tablet, and tried to manipulate uchihas since indras time. bz either hid himself inside madara or snuck into the gedo after madara summoned it. then madara ''created'' him. the wz are former IT victims from kaguyas time
