Nah, he wasn't invincible to some ninjas stronger than him and Susanoo can be bypassed or beaten by some jutsus like Jiraiya's swamp of the underworld which a 30% powered based Jiraiya used to make a swamp about large enough to sink Susanoo

A combination of wind cloud to hide your whereabout and frog song where Yata mirror isn't facing (sound does get thru Susanoo as Kabuto's sound genjutsu was used when Itachi and Sasuke were in their Susanoo and upon being caught, their susanoo deactivated) would be either Naruto, Minato or Jiraiya in SM, Kabuto can use white noise to blind Itachi while his sound genjutsu stops him or he can control the surrounds to attack from below. FTG, tag Susanoo and FTG inside (they can FTG a couple feet from their markings), Sasuke's S/T jutsu can take him inside, Hashirama/Yamato's wood jutsu can surround Itachi from underground

Unless you have a plausible explabation as to why BZ would say that and not mean it, he is.

All you typed was assumptions as to what could happen, which is all disproven by the scan where BZ says that he is invincible while in Susano'o.
This is until something, or someone disproves this, or finds a reasonable explanation as to why he said it ofcourse.
