[Discussion] Why could Black Zetsu talk mentally to Madara?

Alright, so Black Zetsu is confirmed to be always Kaguya's will as seen how she spawned it on Naruto and Sasuke in the latest chapter and later explained. So, why in this scan can it talk mentally to Madara? That doesn't make much sense now... Well, it did when it "was" Madara's will, but now?
