Itachi's really invincible?

That's what it seems like with the new chapter revealing that BZ has been around forever.

He's seen Kaguya, Hogoromo, Hamura, Madara, Hashirama, and countless other things. It seems like he knows everything there is to know and that he even created the shinobi.

Yet he calls Itachi invincible. At first I thought it was a hyperbole, but as we keep learning more about BZ it seems like kt may have been true.
