Which magic is best in Fairy Tail in your opinion, of course?

Caster Magic (body source of magic), or Holder Magic (external source of power), or maybe Ancient Magic, or Curses (demon version)?

Kidding aside, the reason why lost magic was stopped (i mean they tried to remove it from history) is because its too dangerous / powerful. That I think answers the question about which type of magic is the strongest.
