So if Madara used Izanagi to escape death then how did he unlock the Rinnegan in

both eyes?Since Izanagi renders the eye that uses it blind Madara should only have been able to unlock the Rinnegan in the remaining one.Senju DNA can't be a explanation because not even that could heal the eye after Izanagi was used as shown with Danzo and Obito.

I was wondering the same thing.It may be so that he could have used a transplant ,but does a transplanted sharingan (not your sibling's)render you the same abilities as your original sharingan ?Perhaps this is a plot hole...?

If it were that easy then Madara would'nt have told Obito that unlocking the Rinnegan requires the users original eyes.

problem is not just any Sharingan will do. You have to have EMS to awaken the Rinnegan.
To get EMS you have to transplant the MS of a blood relative to awaken it.
He received Izuna's eyes to get EMS.
The right one was rendered useless after Izanagi revived him.
So even if he found a replacement eye it would only reach MS
Meaning he should only have Rinnegan in his left eye.
Since Izuna's right eye went blind after Izanagi.
