Black Zetsu's voice

After Black Zetsu stated that he is Kaguya's "child", Sasuke notes that his voice changed. What do you think did that mean? Did it perhaps change to some creepy child's voice, as he was emphasizing Kaguya is his "mother"? That would be interesting...

In the anime black zetsu had a deep and calm voice by the way he was speaking the voice either became feminine, or child like to represent it's status to kaguya as it's mother and zetsu her "child", his voice may have become softer then his previous calm demanding persona.
