I think you should try reading the Manga, black Zetsu manipulated Indra and the Uchihas to do what he wanted, if he didn't then Madara wouldn't have been an issue like he was in the first place

Danzo indirectly and directly caused the course to the war by affecting Sasuke, Uchiha memebers that were killed, Shisui, Itachi, Kabuto, Nagato, Konan, Yahiko, and Orochimaru directly. Indirectly he affected Obito, Naruto, Bee, A, and everyone in the war. I can tell you hold he caused each person I mention lives to change in a way to cause the war is you like.

let me remind you itachi didn't only killed his clan because of danzo it was obito who made him do this because he declared clearly that if you don't kill uchihas i will destroy whole konoha .....
And kabuto used tobirama jutsu to start war not obito ,, obito just started it but the real power behind was kabuto and real power of kabuto was tobirama
