Remember when Madara stated that with somebodies help he was able to live on after the battle at VoTe? He said he had help, so why wouldn't people think that was the case. However thinking it was Kaguya was stupid, but in a sense it kinda was her, since black Zetsu is her will. Black Zetsu helped him somewhat, which has me wondering why he said he had help, because he thinks he created black Zetsu, but if he thought he was the one to create black Zetsu, than how could he claim that black Zetsu helped him. Unless he created black Zetsu before the battle at VoTE, or it was somebody else who helped him, which I don't think that's the case.
