Basically the top 10 main characters storywise, The most plot relevant and significant characters that the show would not be the same without
2-5 are on the same level
1. Naruto - Main character, show named after him
2. Sasuke - The other Main character, important part of Naruto's story/depth, rival/broken bond, before the war all we heard from Naruto is SASUKE SASUKE SASUKE
3. Sakura.... LOLJK
3. Obito - The longest acting villain, instrumental in the IT project, created akatsuki, engima, great character depth after reveal, dark naruto, direct impact on the main characters
4. Black Zetsu - Central villain in the show, was behind everything the whole time and fooled everyone
5. Madara - Who we thought was the one pulling the strings, almost took over the world
6. Minato - Naruto's dad, entrusted everything to him, set Naruto's life up for him by sealing the 9 tails
7. Itachi - Sasuke's older brother and his goal for revenge since part one, more impact on Sasuke than Minato had on Naruto
8. Nagato - The first big villain and the first one to do real damage, naruto's junior disciple
9. Kakashi - Team 7 teacher and Obitos friend
10. Kabuto - Been there since part one with Orochimaru, big part of the war, healed Sasuke
