Do Naruto and Sasuke have their Chakra anymore?

From what it looks like, at the end of the chapter, BZ said he had completed stealing most (if not all) of their chakra, so are they on thin ice now? Perhaps they only have enough left for one more tehcnique which was foreshadowed at the end of the chapter.

What do you guys think?

Also, side question, was Sasuke's teleportation just shunshin? that's what Naruto said it was...

That means Sasuke is faster than Naruto...how does one shisui in mid air while falling downward no where near naruto and then end up behind him instantly?
