Oh my god are you kidding me, there is a Nagisa in Strawberry Panic and one in Clannad, and they're also freaking identical.

I sense something fishy.

Well if it's not Strawberry Panic, it could be Clannad.

Clannad has a girl like that, and a guy but his hair is a different style but still blue.
Not to mention, they weren't all touchy in Clannad.

So, if the artist of this picture actually wanted to draw the characters from Clannad, this is all just what he wanted and has never been shown in the series.

Forgot to mention, Tomoya doesn't wear glasses though, so I could still be wrong.
