Note: This thread contains spoilers for those who have not seen Fate/Zero, and I recommend that you watch this anime because it is worth it.

Who do you guys think would've won at this point in the fight?

I feel that plot really protected Kotomine Kirei on this one, that he was the one to survive and have Gilgamesh become some kind of human.

TBH he should've died then and there, Emiya just needed 1 bullet of the Contender and Kotomine would've been done for.

The blades flying towards him wouldn't even matter if his heart got destroyed and was healed by Avalon.

I started it watched it until the half maybe and there was something boring about it that made me leave it.

Meh I think the fight ended fine. The only part I didn't like was how he *****-slapped one of the bullets away with his hand. That shouldn't have happened lol.

Compared to the super-powered fights that the heroes put on, a spat between two normal humans with small mana ability really isn't that exciting.

Well that's unfair, Emiya is a human who barely uses mana and Kotomine is a magi, still no match for most servants.

And to be honest, this fight was quite interesting for me, quite on the contrary of having some overpowered people fight this was a cool change of pace, this is undoubtedly one of my favourite anime fights ever.

And he didn't slap the bullet away, he simply moved his hand while the bullet was still in it, and had his hand blown away in a different direction before the bullet came out.
What was bull for me in this fight is also the fact that he got hit with a regular bullet on his head, but that was it, it just hit him it didn't even penetrate his head.

Avalon is the plot armor on the Fate series
