Danzo was a failure in everything he did

Out of everyone in this series none had failed at practically anything they tried to do other than Danzo.With every action this man did it only made things worse.

Attacking the Ame Orphans led to the creation of Pain,the creation of Akatsuki, the death of his ally Hanzo,the death of Jiraiya,and the destruction of Konoha.


Ordering the Uchiha Massacre resulted in Sasuke becoming a missing nin in order to get revenge and his own death.

Working with Orochimaru resulted in Konoha being attacked,the death of Hiruzen,and countless Konoha citizens being abducted for Orochimaru's experiments.

Trying to kill Kabuto and his foster mother resulted in Kabuto joining Orochimaru.

Killing the messenger toad in a effort to prevent Naruto from arriving sooner and hoping Tsunade would get killed obviously failed.

Never became Hokage because he died before the actual nomination.

Died after a failed kamekaze technique that tried to take Obito and Sasuke with him.

Failing to beat Sasuke despite having 11 uses of Izanagi.

This isn't bashing:it's pure facts,Danzo lived a failure and died as one.

The only thing Itachi failed at is preventing Sasuke from falling down the path of revenge which was his fault to begin with.Danzo however had failures that were so massive they had negative consequences for everyone else.

At red- Orochimaru has a way worse track record. At least Danzo accomplished his goal of destabilizing the rain village....he also succeeded in getting rid of the Uchiha and he achieved his goal of becoming hokage, though it was short lived.

Now that Orochimaru. He has failed LITERALLY at everything he attempted: couldn't destroy the leaf, got solo'd by Itachi, got solo'd by Sasuke in his own dimensin (smdh-that shit is like getting shot with your own gun)....and now he's Sasuke's lap dog. Damn Oro.

danzo was just konoha's b*tch.. you forgot that he steals sharingans for no real purpose. Nobody knew about his patched eye. he is quite a useless but necessary to have these plot changes
