I have been trying to find myself a good videocard. So i stumbled on this one -

I've Googled and PCI-E 2.0 will work on PCI-E 1.0 slot if your board comes with 1.0. It is backward compatible. There might be some bottleneck , but I don't think GTX 460 is a strong enough card to be bottlenecked.

Also, you should be wary of your power supply too. Is it enough to handle the card?

More than enough as long you don't have fancy fan controllers or any water cooling system. Regarding the card, if your slot is PCI-E then it should be fine, the bottleneck might happen due to your cpu being older. In your place i would save the money to upgrade several parts of the computer in the mid-term but if that is not your objective you can go for the card you pasted 'tho you will feel the need sooner or later to upgrade everything overall.
